Supporting customers and building a long-term stable customer relationship.
Based on the needs of our customers, you will be in regular contact with our software development department.
Support with the implementation of our products at the customer’s site
Preparing, following up and conducting workshops and trainings
Your recipe for success:
First professional experience in account management, customer success or customer support (B2B area desirable)
High technical affinity
Strong customer and solution orientation as well as a confident presence
Communication and organizational skills
Very good German (C2 level) – and good English skills (B2 level)
Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
