For us, Customer Success means supporting our customers in projects and finding the right solutions together.

What you can expect working with us:

  • Supporting customers and building a long-term stable customer relationship.
  • Based on the needs of our customers, you will be in regular contact with our software development department.
  • Support with the implementation of our products at the customer’s site
  • Preparing, following up and conducting workshops and trainings

Your recipe for success:

  • First professional experience in account management, customer success or customer support (B2B area desirable)
  • High technical affinity
  • Strong customer and solution orientation as well as a confident presence
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • Very good German (C2 level) – and good English skills (B2 level)
  • Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
