• Maintaining and building the IT infrastructure (network solutions, Office 365, server landscape).
• Care and maintenance of hardware and mobile devices
• Administration of our server systems (Windows Server and Linux)
• Acquisition research for the IT infrastructure
• Setup and maintenance of clients
• Development and implementation of IT security concepts
• Support activities in our customer environment and for internal IT issues

• Setting up a test environment for our applications (virtual clients with reset option)
• Setting up a company VPN to be able to remotely access the test environment or other network resources
• Setup of the company WiFi with different subnets (IT security)
• Single SignOn for our used systems with Office365 account
• Implementation of group policies via Azure AD (Windows updates, network paths, etc.)

• Monitoring/maintenance of zapliance clients
• Support for zapliance client issues
• Execution of tests (zapAudit, zapCash etc.)
• Care and maintenance of the server infrastructure
• Customer support for technical inquiries (application installation, server configurations, etc.)
• Checking and constantly advancing IT security aspects
• Monitoring of the alarm system

• Professional experience in the field of IT administration as well as knowledge in dealing with IT security topics
• Understanding of server systems and their operating systems
• Basic knowledge of network technology
• Database knowledge (SQL, Postgres, MonetDB)
• Solution-oriented way of working
• Fast comprehension, high IT understanding
• Hands-On mentality and sense of responsibility
• Very good German and good English skills
• Completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
