Our Process

This is how your application will unfold:

Step1

Your application

We look forward to receiving your CV (PDF format) and relevant references. Convince us in 100 words why you match zapliance. As soon as we have received your application documents, you will be sent a confirmation of receipt.
Step 2

Feedback on your application

We allow ourselves time to review your documents in detail. Within 10 days we will get back to you by mail.
Step 3

The first meeting

First hurdle cleared! Your application has made us curious. Now Linh would like to get to know you in a 30-minute telephone interview. You'll learn more about our corporate culture, our way of working and how we work together at zapliance. The goal of the interview is to get a first impression and to get to know each other better.
Step 4

The second meeting

In round two, you'll get to know our associates, your potential teammates, and our office dogs on site. It is important for us to talk to you about the expertise and to determine your potential for the position.
Step 5

Contract signing

Hurray, we have chosen you - and you have achosen us. Now it's time for the formalities. We discuss the contractual details with you and send you the final contract offer.
Step 6

Welcome to the team

A welcome is also part of the initiation process. One week before you start, you will receive an email with all the important information about starting with us. On your first day, you will have a mentor at your side who will accompany you from the beginning and will be available to answer your questions at any time.
