Pull SAP data incrementally. Analyze automatically. Report anomalies.
The time-controlled, step-by-step data retrieval from SAP works automatically with an RFC user with read permissions. The SAP data remains in-house. No installation or transport of source code in your SAP system is necessary.
No data scientists necessary: We develop the control monitoring apps according to our continuous control monitoring solution. The tested apps are uploaded to zapContinuous and can be configured there by compliance officers, for example.
No new cloud platform: The analysis results are transferred to your teams via API and distributed according to the control design. Business users assess the control anomalies in the familiar environment. In addition to Microsoft Teams, we can also transfer the data to any third-party system via REST API.
Every control monitoring app knows your data request. zapContinuous extracts the data with a reading user, without the need for an SAP transport request. The data stays with you and we at zapliance never have access to the data at any time.
Data processing is flexible and automated. Our Continuous Control Monitoring Solution defines the data scope, control parameters and control owners per control and organizational unit. A scheduled batch job does the rest.
Only the anomalies are automated and sent directly to the responsible persons for processing according to the control design. Teams can be customized without development effort, has a high user acceptance and low costs at the same time.
An application server and a message server can be selected as the server. After all required data has been entered, the connection can be tested by clicking on Connection test.
The results from the processing by the control monitoring apps are transferred to a Microsoft List. For this purpose, it is necessary to log in to the Azure Portal and create a zapliance Connection App with a few clicks and establish the connection to zapContinuous.
Instead of Microsoft Sharepoint Lists, it is possible to connect any other applications from your own system landscape via REST API.
A so-called cron job is configured for the continuous execution of the data retrieval from SAP and the processing of the data by the integrated control monitoring apps. A combination of hours, day and month is possible.
Which data is deducted is determined by the integration of the Control Monitoring Apps. In addition, the data scope is defined by SAP client, company code, fiscal year and optionally month.
As a basis for each implemented control, we use the mature zapAudit indicators. During the CCM workshops, these are fine-tuned and expanded together with you.
